About us
An owner-led general contractor
Duracraft Builders is a Chicago-area GC focused on commercial build-outs, renovations and adaptive reuse.
Who we are
Clear bids. Owners on site. No surprises.
Duracraft Builders is run by its owners, Vigo Andreev and Chris Zlatanov. We focus on commercial build-outs, renovations and adaptive reuse, plus select residential remodels.
We built the firm around a simple idea: a bid should tell an owner exactly what they’re getting. We price from the full drawing set, write proposals organized by trade, and flag risks early instead of turning them into change orders later. Both owners stay on every project from the first walkthrough to closeout.
How we work
Three things every client gets
Honest pricing
Itemized, trade-by-trade proposals with exclusions and alternates in writing.
Direct access
You deal with the owners, not a chain of project managers.
One accountable team
Permits, inspections, trades and schedule managed under one roof.
